Who we are

KeniaTech introduces companies in the U.S., Canada and Europe to accounting and finance professionals based in Argentina. Contact: keniasearch@keniatech.com.

What we collect from companies

• Name, work email and title of the person who contacts us.
• Company name, website, type and size, and the role you want to fill.
• Notes from calls and emails about that role.

We use this to answer your request, send candidate profiles and keep a record of our conversations. If we email you and you ask us to stop, we stop and keep only what we need to honor that request.

What we collect from candidates

• The details in the application form: name, email, city or province, role, experience, software, English level, salary expectation, availability and an optional CV link.
• Results of the reconciliation exercise and the interview scorecard.
• The date and time of each consent you give.

We only store your data if you tick the first consent box. Without the second box, your profile is never shared, not even anonymously.

An anonymous profile leaves out your name and contact details. Your identity is shared with a company only after you agree to it again, for that specific role.

Who we share data with

• Companies with an open role, under the consent rules above.
• Service providers that store or process data for us: Airtable (database), Vercel (hosting) and our email provider.

We don’t sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw a consent, by writing to keniasearch@keniatech.com. Candidates in Argentina may also contact the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.

If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Union or Canada, you also have the rights that your local data-protection law gives you, such as the GDPR or PIPEDA, including the right to object to being contacted.

Resumen para candidatos

Guardamos tus datos solo si marcás la primera casilla. Sin la segunda, tu perfil no se comparte ni siquiera de forma anónima. Tu nombre y tu contacto solo se comparten con una empresa si lo autorizás de nuevo para esa búsqueda. No cobramos nada. Podés pedir que borremos tus datos cuando quieras.
