What about the time zone?
Argentina is UTC-3 year-round. That is 1 to 2 hours ahead of U.S. Eastern, so the workday overlaps almost fully with North America. Europe is 3 to 5 hours ahead of Argentina, which leaves 4 to 6 shared working hours a day: your afternoon is their morning.
